Ahmed Shah An Archipreneur - passionate to new ways of creativity Prior to founding COLLAGE, Ahmed was partner-in-charge of Design at Frieze Interiors, Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, which he co-founded in 1997. COLLAGE is co-founded by Ahmed back in 2003 with one office in Bahrain. Today, COLLAGE has expanded to five countries Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey and UK. Ahmed enjoys working closely with design team to produce imaginative and practical design solutions and has expertise in project co-ordination, detailing and design management. Ahmed received his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BA) from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. During initial stages of his career he worked with renowned and award winning architect Nayyar Ali Dada gaining novel experience in the field of architecture. Ahmed is a member of Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP), Institute of Architects (IAP) and American Institute of Architects (AIA). Outside of COLLAGE Ahmed speaks regularly at ArkiTalks, an inspirational talk forum he founded based on TEDx. The talks are purely non-academic sharing mostly life stories mentioning the struggles of successes and failures. The Talks are held at various universities across Pakistan and aim to motivate architectural students preparing them for professional life.
