Our architectural designs include residential, public and industrial buildings, single family buildings and passive house design. We develop effective project program, normative order, sequence of procedures, building regulations, site investigation study, basic planning study, architectural analysis, preliminary cost study, tax and legal study and investment study within the preliminary one. We also create analysis and preliminary designs over free urban or external terrains, showing the future building possibilities. Sustainable architecture is architecture that seeks to minimize the negative environmental impact of buildings by efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and development space. Sustainable architecture uses a conscious approach to energy and ecological conservation in the design of the built environment. Architect Ivan Ivanov is Certified Passive House Designer by the Passive House Institute PHI, Darmstadt, Germany. Architectural studio Didproekt is a member of The International Passive House Association – iPHA We offer you our expertise as architects, designers, and consultants for Passive House projects, low energy buildings, energy plus buildings, and LEED projects.
