Marco Michele Rossi - Newtone Architects
Architect and Design Director, he has designed and built successful projects, achieving praise at an International level. His analytical and operational methodology steers towards the decoding and conveying of a brand’s primary values, in order to define the rules of a habitable identity, and to express it in form and content via a design project. His vision develops through the actualization of a synergistic formula in the relationship between space, design and communication, in the stylistic fusion of materials and functions of a space that is being rearticulated as a new integrated communication medium, by employing advanced technology and language. Marco Michele Rossi was born in Varese in 1964. After obtaining a Degree in Architecture & Urban Planning at the Milan Polytechnic, he started his career in product and interior design, in Gianfranco Frattini’s studio. From 1991 to 2004 he worked with Matteo Thun. In this studio he left his unique mark on many international retail chain projects, including Missoni and Porsche Design flagship stores. He was also part of the team designing some boutique hotels which stretched the consolidated rules of architecture and interiors. He then moved to Crea International as Creative Director for five years. Of its many projects, the most important one was the Che Banca’s branches. In 2010 he founded Newtone Architects. www.newtone-architects.com
