dePaor is an architectural practice based in Ireland. Established in 1991, the practice seeks for design to communicate spatially and in detail regardless of programme or location. Underpinned by a conviction in the creative design process and international in its outlook, the work illustrates a concern with perception, construction and tradition. Innovative, strategically small and without specialisation, the practice is interested in architectural design across the scales and from first principles. With a concern for environmental, social and economic sustainability, the work is informed by sensitivity to context, the material experience of construction and light.

Architect with a bent for design, after a long experience in France which led him to work with Jacques Ripault and Christophe Pillet, Gae Avitabile returned to Caserta, choosing the region of Campania, in the South of Italy, as his place of residence and inspiration for his work.

Thilo Reich is an award-winning Berlin-based architect and interior designer. His studio’s work ranges in scale from furniture to architecture, with a strong focus on architectural craft, detailing and on the characteristics of the site. His professional goal is the creation of innovative spaces that combine modern concepts with personality, cultural awareness and comfort. Thilo Ferdinand Reich was born in Stuttgart, Germany. He studied architecture at the Technische Universität Berlin, and worked in the offices of Foster and Partners (London), HPP Laage und Partner (Stuttgart), Die Baupiloten (Berlin) and Delugan Meissl Associated Architects (Vienna). In 2009 he founded his own studio in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
