Natalie Spiesshofer Member Association Swiss Interior Architects VSI.ASAI My ability to understand space - whether on a plan or in reality - is partly the result of my professional training as a classical dancer at the state theatre in Stuttgart, Germany. Being able to move within imaginary rooms, characters and situations is as much a prerequisite for working on stage as for interior design. During my time in the showroom at the headquarters of Knoll International, I was immersed in the world of architecture, design and interior design - this became my passion. As part of a small team, I helped to set up Fleiner Objekt + Office in Stuttgart where I was responsible for the interior design for commercial projects. My business clients included industrial companies (executive suites, reception areas and conference rooms), lawyer's offices, medical practices, advertising agencies and many more. After spending a lengthy period in Sydney, Australia, I moved to Zürich where I have lived with my family for over ten years. I worked freelance, implementing many high-quality private projects, until the founding of inside. Professional diploma of interior design (with honours) from the KLC School of Design London.
