Based in Rome and Brussels. Stampone’s artistic production ranges from multimedia installations to drawings made with Bic pen, a technique common to several of his projects. In a time of rising public vigilance, his art is unabashedly a potent form of political protest. He continuously endeavors to introduce an alternative social-political agenda through his art works and community-based interventions. His approach is nuanced and methodical, inviting audiences to meditate on basic issues such as immigration, water and war, even as they find themselves having to endure the natural and manmade disasters and conflicts that seem to abound today.

I graduated ( MD) in Industrial Design at the Politecnico di Milano (2005) and concluded my studies with a dissertation about wearable technologies. After experiencing different fields from luxury design to electronic devices in Italy and Uk, I moved to Paris at the end of 2007 to join, as a designer Pablo Reinoso Studio, collaborating on different art and design projects for clients such LVMH and Yamagiwa. Enriched by this experience I started developing my personal work and research around the relationship between design, nature and new technologies. I have lived and worked as a designer in Milan, London, Paris and Hamburg were I currently reside.

Born in 1980, based in Paris. He is dedicated to long-term projects which produce photographic narratives. Aiming to adapt the camera to the subject and the way in which to narrate a story by using different types of cameras, formats and sensible surfaces. With his images he build stories which navigate between documentary and poetry.
