1995年，Russo 于布鲁塞尔创立了特别活动及秀场制作公司 villa eugénie。在过去的二十多年中，他们屡次与 Hermès、Moncler、Givenchy、Miu Miu、Chanel 等国际品牌合作。他的事业最早起步于1991年，比利时时装设计师 Dries Van Noten 拜托 Russo 替换模特、设计T台，并由此给予他第一次制作秀场的机会。
