Pedevilla Architects was founded in 2005 by brothers Alexander and Armin Pedevilla. Among the main tasks of the office are challenging architectural projects in private and public spheres as well as creative interior designs and innovative design concepts. The objective of the layout is always to implement the desires and needs of the people and to incorporate these with a cleararchitectural stylistic vocabulary.

Plato Design is made up of Alessandro Mattei and Caterina Naglieri, two designers with training in architecture, who collaborated with international design studios until 2016, when they decided to return to their city, Rome, and to create an independent project, a start-up that, thanks to a crowd-funding programme, allowed them to create their first product, the D-Twelve lamp. Thus, Plato Design was born, a company and a laboratory that manufactures lamps and household objects, in most cases in concrete, entirely handmade in Italy, and with many possibilities for customization. In a few years their laboratory has become a small creative industry that exports all over the world.
