Architectural bureau Drozdov&Partners was founded in 1997. For twenty three years, more than three hundred projects have been created in different countries. Some of them, regardless of scale, have become of particular importance in our practice. Among such important projects are: sushi bar Yaske, Platinum Plaza office center, Ave Plaza shopping center, Heirloom multi-apartment buildings and Carat in Kharkiv, as well as a number of private homes in different cities of Ukraine. Many new and important meanings that we have accumulated over the years of practice have concentrated in the most recent privately-run private houses (Ark, House with a Peristyle, Baked by the heat and Markhouse). These projects tell a new way of life, new relationships within the family, perceptions of the landscape and materials.

Simplicity is the most difficult to design, complexity is the simplest. A clean canvas is smooth and white, but its reverse side is a thoughtful frame that holds the structure.
