Straightforward design, preserving the individual atmosphere of spaces: This is the signature approach of BATEK ARCHITEKTEN in Berlin, Germany and worldwide. In 2017, PATRICK BATEK – professional architect since 1999 – and his team moved to their new studio in Berlin. The office for architecture, interior design and furniture design has a widespread client base, including star chef Tim Raue, fashion retailer Zalando, Red Bull or the digital agency Razorfish as well as numerous private clients.

Formerly a founding partner of the award-winning architectural office Halukar in İstanbul for five years. Completed various projects which were published in a number of magazines including Archdaily, Dezeen, A19. Currently, an adjunct professor at Berlin International University and has a design studio in Berlin.

We are an international office located in M¨¹nster, Leipzig, Taichung and Taipei. For us, the goal of any work is to plan and implement precisely planned objects with sophisticated aesthetics and intelligent designs. The dialogue with our client and within the team, the analysis of the places and the tasks, in connection with intensive research determine our work and design processes. This way of working leads to independent and self-evident solutions with a high degree of identity and sensuality even for complex construction tasks. Our clients should be able to identify with the jointly developed buildings and outdoor facilities and be able to view them permanently with pride and joy. BAID stands for Borchardt / Architektur / Interior / Design and was founded in 2005 by architect Jessica Borchardt. The 30-strong team of architects, interior designers and product designers pursues a holistic approach by keeping a close eye on all aspects of the project during the planning process. From the cubature to interior design, all relevant aspects – in addition to the functional requirements – are given the necessary appreciation that characterises a thoroughly conceived and aesthetically convincing building project.
