The practice is committed with time and space, interrogation, inclusion and doubt.

The name NOARQ express the desire to do and think by hand.
Founded in 1998 by José Carlos Nunes de Oliveira when still a student, it has progressed to a space of research, design and production by drawing: for the territory, the architecture and everyday objects.
The studio has evolved, altering his organisation, configuration and layout; today it is located in Trofa, but still retains its roots in Porto.
