Plan: b trust in working collaboratively, making of it a statement of architecture and understands the practice and the architectural project as open situations, provisional agreements, phenomena not imposed and embedded in eco-social networks both local and worldwide.

PAUL KALOUSTIAN STUDIED ARCHITECTURE AT A.L.B.A(1997-1ST PRIZE) AND RECEIVED HIS MASTERS AT HARVARD GRADUATE SCHOOL OF DESIGN (March II-2001). HE WORKED AT HERZOG AND DE MEURON IN BASEL BEFORE OPENING HIS OFFICE IN BEIRUT. PAUL HAS TAUGHT AT THE BOSTON ARCHITECTURE CENTER (2000) AND AT THE AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF BEIRUT (2009-2010). HE RECEIVED THE MOUKBEL AWARD AND THE ORDER OF ENGINEERS AND ARCHITECTS AWARD

Led by the partnership of Maria Planegger und Andreas Schmitzer, A01 architects design a broad spectrum of projects with the dedication to create elaborate spatial scenarios. The first studio opened in 1997. Since then numerous apartment buildings, production facilities, interior designs, offices, as well as exhibition designs have been developed, which have established A01 architects as a high-end design company and earned them broad public recognition.
