Depuis sa création en 2008 par Jean-Thibaut BERNARD, l’agence JTB.architecture consacre une très large partie de son activité à l’habitat. En 2009, le travail de l’agence est distingué par une nomination au Prix de la Première Œuvre pour la construction d’une maison individuelle en ossature bois près de Nantes. S’en sont rapidement suivis des opérations de logements de plus grande envergure, aussi bien pour des bailleurs sociaux que pour la promotion privée.
