L’agence remporte en 2009 le concours international pour la construction du théâtre de la Nouvelle Comédie de Genève et ouvre en 2010 une deuxième agence à Genève.

En 2009, le travail de l’agence est distingué par une nomination au Prix de la Première Œuvre pour la construction d’une maison individuelle en ossature bois près de Nantes. S’en sont rapidement suivis des opérations de logements de plus grande envergure, aussi bien pour des bailleurs sociaux que pour la promotion privée.
