Bak Gordon Architects is based in Lisbon and was founded in 2002 by Ricardo Bak Gordon. Since then the studio is working on projects of different scales, programs and typologies. In all projects it explores, with rigor and precision, a vision that is simultaneously poetic and technical, as well as carefully related with the site and the public space, subjects that all projects necessarily deal with.

Barbosa & Guimarães Architects • develops projects in various fields of architecture, ranging from public procurement contracts, educational buildings, health centers, sports facilities, cultural facilities, hotel equipment, institutional architecture, urban design, as well as the private residential buildings, commercial facilities and offices. • The capacity to approach a program, inseparable from a client in a specific physical context, history and culture, embracing the expertise we have at our disposal or in some cases even forcing new techniques, and inovation, always trying to introduce an artistic intention, which will prove decisive in the final shape of the object.

Barbas Lopes Arquitectos established their practice in 2006. Realised projects or under development include public and private buildings, single-family housing, exhibition designs, and interiors. The practice is also engaged in collaborations with architects such as Peter M?rkli, Promont¨®rio Architects, Manuel Aires Mateus and Gon?alo Byrne. Their work was nominated for Icon Awards 2012, Designs of the Year 2013 and Mies van der Rohe 2013. They were Azrieli Visiting Critics in Residence at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada
